Spring 2025 Campout
Join us this May 16-18th at the “Horse Park @ Gryphon Run” in Chesapeake, Virginia as we engage in our yearly Spring Campout! For just $20.00 you get a weekend full of quests, activities, and food! Your admission includes 4 meals! 2 breakfasts, and 2 dinners. Menu is detailed below.

FAQ
- Where can I pay? You can pay online on the payment hub or the Treasurer at the event.
- Do I have to come for the whole weekend? Nope! You can drop in anytime you want over the 3 days. Your admission includes all 3.
- Do I have to campout? Again, nope! You can come during the day, and leave at night. We encourage camping though!
- Is alcohol allowed? Yes it is and we even have a large tavern. Those 21 and older can imbibe provided they are responsible and do not engage in any fighting.
- How many credits do I get? You get 3 credits for the weekend. There is also a level buy available as well as race/background changes.
- Are there food options? The menu is set and available below, but there will be some alternative diet items. That being said, you are encouraged to bring your own food to supplement what is provided.
- What is nearby? Walmart and regular civilization is within 10 minutes drive.
- Can we have fire pits? Yes you can have fire pits or in ground fires. Every fire must have a fire guard at all times, unless it is extinguished. Safety team will be doing checks throughout the weekend. Be responsible and restore the earth when you are done.
- Are new players allowed? Absolutely they are allowed. Check in with the Secretary upon arrival.
- Can my family come? Absolutely, but they are treated as participants. They must pay the $20.00 unless an exception is granted by the Administration Board. They should wear garb/costume or at least come in neutral clothing. Non-combatants should wear an orange sash at all times.

7:00pm – Knights Gather with Sinskar
7:15-8:00pm – Knighting of Sinskar
8:00pm-2:00am – Tavern Night, Games, and Fighting pits!

10:00am – Marshals Gather for Check-In
10:30am – Check-In Begins
11:30am – Quest 1 Begins
12:15pm – Quest 2 Begins
1:00pm – Lunch Break (lunch is on your own)
1:45pm – Zukonian Line Meetup at Tavern
2:30pm – Quest 3 Begins
3:15pm – Quest 4 Begins
4:00-6:00pm – Warspite Fight-Ins
